bro's enlistment day

so, i woke up before the sun do, and stepped into pasir ris camp for the first and probably the last time in my life for my bro's enlistment. there were lots of visitors, comprising of family members and loved-ones, sending the enlistees off to 2-yrs of free lodging, food, and maybe a hair cut. ha. actually there wasnt anything much to see or do. (oh yea, cauz it's a training institute) hence, the tour was kind of mundane. just watching some videos (mm ok la quite interesing =D ) and walking here and there and yea of cauz exploring my bro's new dorm. heez. lunched at the cook house, and the food wasnt exactly NICE. but yea acceptable.

i thought the videos were quite touching in a sense cauz it portrayed team spirit and preserverence, and this 'c' word i dunno what it is. commanderie? camm....blah. i dunno. it means the close knitted brother-ship found in NS. so yea. after lunch, it was some mingle session and then BYEBYE, see you again 2 weeks later.

oh yea..actually the camp has quite a number of good-lookers. haha. not exactly cute or what la, but yea. and the best among all was this medic guy! he got the 'seh'. lol. anyway, with regard to this particular crazy guy about his particularly crazy question, NO. no one ate grass, soil, or pigeons alive. =)

so after everything, i took the wheels and drove my parents back to home sweet home. and the rain sucks! like totally~

we were on our way to vila'ge for dinner, along with rachel, huimin, andy lim and andy koh. dun really remember what happened that day. except for playing hilarious games while dining. yea diana our hearts were indeed pumping like crazy. HAA.

then on wed.. i went to relc to pay exam fees, which were helluva expensive! they really know how to spin money from students. haha. afterthat, me, cloe, and andy accompanied jinglun to this walk-in audition, for some talent-quest organised by some sci club from nus. yea. and some pple really very thick skinned. well.. shall not comment. then after the audition, we headed to far east to shop for jinglun's performance costume. maybe it was the weather, or maybe it's just me, having a bad flu, the whole trip was like quite sian. i think everyone was tired and sleepy and heachache-y. haha

took bus 14 home at abt 7pm, cauz i was feeling sick, and plus i'm supposed to meet my parents for dinner at 8pm. and there was this indian woman, whose sari or what kept rubbing onto my knee! ok i understand that the bus is quite packed. but i am sure there's ample space around her and that she does not have to 'lean' her butt or upper thigh on my knee. (i was sitting down btw, on the longer seats at the back of the first deck of the double decked bus.) so i moved my knee away towards another side. but she kept leaning over, like my knee is some railing or what. and worse still, she kept fidgiting, so her sari kept rubbing left right left right left right on my knee caps. it's so irritating! i was trying to catch a nap and that itchy feeling woke me up. damn. and i dun understand why she has to keep leaning towards me when there are obvious spaces for her to stand. hais. maybe it's just me and my flu.

ok i guess it's time to go study stats. cauz EXAM IS REALLY ROUND THE CORNER. round that corner nearby. yea.

the rain stopped again. this torrential rain. it's crazy.
